"Using Middle America as her muse, Kowch draws the history of a particular place -- invariably rural -- to the surface as it collides with a new reality in layers of metaphor and moodiness. The faces of her women may remind you of characters in a Tim Burton film."

Artist A Day

I am pleased to be featured on the website Artist A Day, a huge online global art community whose mission is to raise awareness of the fine art world at large and connect artists and their work with those who love art. Thanks to Artist A Day and all who commented and sent me emails, and took a moment to view my work!
